The regional capital of Centre
is Orleans.
Centre is one of the most populated regions in France but with so
many Chateaux, monuments and beautiful towns and
villages to admire, you would hardly think so.
Orleans hosts an annual festival to honour Joan of Arc; who helped to
liberate the city from the English, in 1429.
