Acapulco.
Regarding tourism police in Acapulco. They do not speak english.
Thier main function is to look for tourists driving rental cars, pull them over for
whatever they can think of and shake them down for $100. This happened to us four times in
two days so far. This is the same tourism police with the white shirts that are there to
help tourists. I guess they don't pay them enough.
